The village lacked proper infrastructure and didn’t have the basic amenities. To help them, she has worked with public health researchers, the Environmental Protection Agency, and politicians to improve the situation.
2. Rainn Wilson:
He is an outstanding actor and the founder of Climate Basecamp. He contributed to bringing change in the world by spreading awareness about climate change. Overly, he emphasized on climate communication.
3. Jay Inslee:
He is the former governor of Washington. Inslee has worked a lot to change the harsh climatic conditions. He passed a law called the Climate Commitment Act. Moreover, this act asked the polluters to buy allowances to compensate for the amount of emissions they have released. Then, they use the amount to clean the air. In addition, he has invested intensively in solar power plants and EVs.
4. Bill First:
He is the chairperson of the Global Board of Nature Conservancy. In this post, he has emphasized mainly on smoke reduction in the environment, controlling HIV cases, and stopping childhood trafficking.
5. Selassie Atadika:
She is a chef and the founder of Midunu Institute. She prefers sustainable agricultural practices for making food. In addition, she uses local and seasonal ingredients in the dishes she makes. Her institute, Midunu, is made to preserve the principles of African Foodways. Atadika believes that finger millet and pigeon peas are a resilient solution in a climate like this.

On the contrary, he believes that these are the consequences of our own negligence.
