So, a Black baby boy is shot dead, inside a car, by a reckless cop, and no one is to be held accountable? And Mississippi’s white attorney general tells us that irresponsible killing was justified?

Why is this?
Is it because this Black boy’s killer is the type of trigger-happy cop that white America likes to flood Black communities with?
One-year-old Kohen Wiley had his life taken, even before it fully began, by Senatobia Police Sergeant Hunter Foster, in Senatobia, Mississippi, on June 14.
Kohen was with his mother, at a local Walmart store, when police were called there. An accusation was made that either Kohen’s mother, or another woman who was with them, had committed shoplifting (allegedly stealing Pampers) from the store.
Obviously, to these Klan-country cracker cops, Black lives really don’t matter. A Black baby is shot dead because of possible stolen Pampers, and this is just fine with white America?
Moreover, why don’t we hear anything coming from the phony tongues of conservatives and Republicans who often give us hollow empty rhetoric about the “rule of law” and “law and order?” Is it not because they have no problem when cops are killing and murdering our people?
Released videos, of Kohen’s killing reveals what we already knew—the lives of cops were absolutely not in jeopardy when this apparently criminally reckless cop fired into the car killing Kohen. When one looks at the videos, it is not hard to realize this killer-cop felt he had the right to shoot into the car because his commands to stop the car were ignored.
Haven’t we all seen incidents of police brutality—and outright murder—before because these killer-cops believe Black people must always obey them, regardless of the circumstances, even when these officers themselves are the ones perpetrating unlawful criminal actions?
Wasn’t that why the murderer of George Floyd, Derek Chauvin, thought he had the right, in broad daylight, to shove his knee into Floyd’s neck, while applying his full body weight upon Floyd’s neck for almost ten minutes, while Floyd with his last dying words was pleading “I can’t breathe?”
These killers and murderers of Black people, on America’s police forces, have now been further empowered by America’s first felon president. This is why the Fraternal Order of Police, in the 2024 Presidential Election, endorsed this convict crook—over a career prosecutor and former attorney general. Think about that. Of course, they did so because they were upset by the movement against police violence and murder that reached a crescendo when national, and international protests erupted after the brazen murder of George Floyd.

Now, in Mississippi, we are being told Sgt. Foster had recently, before the callous killing of Kohen, been accused of racist behavior and was named in previous lawsuits. Also, importantly, Senatobia Police Chief Harold Vanderford resigned last month after reports surfaced that he regularly allegedly used the N-word and other racist language in text messages. Many residents have long complained about the vile racism they say is the typical conduct of cops who “serve” the Senatobia Police Department.
Trending news now being reported is that Sgt. Foster has resigned. However, he will perhaps just be reassigned to another police department elsewhere, where he can continue oppressing Black people, as many other killer-cops are often allowed to do.
This is why there are calls for Foster to be de-certified as a police officer so he can’t get another policing job.
We now know it took only 13 seconds for Foster to fire his weapon from the time he ran, from inside the Walmart, to catch the car. Foster was the only officer who fired his gun—and he did so three times. One of those shots injured the other woman, who was driving the car, that Kohen and his mother were in. Another of those shots took the life of Kohen.
According to civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who represents the family, an independent autopsy established that Kohen was shot through the side of his body.
So how could Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch tell us the shooting of Kohen was justified? Why? Because Kohen was born Black in one of the most racist goddamned states in white America, where Black Lives don’t matter?
Black Mississippians should note this about Attorney General Lynn Fitch: she is running for governor of Mississippi, in 2027. Black Mississippi must turnout and throw her corrupt ass out of office.

Isn’t Mississippi also the state where officials seem to be involved in a continuing coverup to protect the white teens of power and privilege who probably killed 18-year-old Nolan Wells? Black Mississippi must also vote, this Nov. 3, to remove Jackson County District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath, who seems to have used the grand jury process to thwart justice—so the white, so-called “friends” of Nolan Wells would not be indicted.
Now, let’s ask ourselves this question: if Kohen Wiley’s killing was justified, why are they now telling us his killer, Sgt. Hunter Foster, has resigned? Why would an innocent cop resign if he did nothing wrong—and felt he was not culpable of murderous criminality in Kohen’s killing?
The reality here is white America has always empowered their police institution—which has its genesis within the slave-catching-slave-patrol system—to kill and murder African-Americans with utter impunity.
If Kohen had been a white baby and was killed by a Black cop does any honest American think a white district attorney would tell us the shooting was justified?
Then again, in this scenario that white baby would still be alive. Unfortunately, one-year-old Kohen Wiley was born into racist white America with Black skin.
