The former Inspector General of Police, Gen. Kale Kayihura, is fully in support of the anticipated 2026 presidential bid of Deputy Dictator Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
Kayihura, on Saturday, was among the key participants in the so called MK Movement Baraza held in Mitooma district, western Uganda.
The event, which attracted thousands of Muhoozi’s paid praise singers, was also graced by Deputy Speaker of Uganda’s parliament, Thomas Tayebwa.
Previously, Gen Muhoozi, also widely known as Baby Doc and Deputy Dictator, graced the giveaway ceremony of Gen Kaiyhura’s daughter in Kisoro district.
At the function, Gen. Kayihura said: “Uganda is lucky to have Gen Muhoozi because he is a true Pan-Africanist and has all the qualities of a good leader.”
By these words alone, many are left wondering if the pie-bald and bespectacled Kayihura has returned as a standup comedian in the idiom of Ugandan jokester Patrick “Salvado” Idringi.
Previously dropped and derided as a “weevil” by Dictator Museveni, Gen. Kayihura was accused of being a mole for Rwanda as well as secret supporter of Bobi Wine.
Now, the man is back and calling Baby Doc a Pan-Africanist!
It is true that Gen. Muhoozi, a monster who preys on the weak and defenseless, is a fan of larger political polities such as a United Africa, but not in the fashion of Kwame Nkrumah.
His support for larger political units is akin to Josef Stalin’s promotion of the Soviet Union.
To be sure, Stalin, before coming to power, recommended a new model of relations between the communist party’s Central Committee, Russia and the republics.
Stalin’s proposal, which he called the “autonomization of the republics,” involved formally independent republics being incorporated into the Russian Soviet Federation with rights of autonomy.
Stalin was hoping to make them part of a reconstituted tsarist empire in all but name.
Later, when Stalin came to power, he largely achieved this at the cost of millions dying.
Similarly, we know Deputy Dictator Muhoozi believes in the somewhat mythical and mystical Bachwezi.
In 2021, Deputy Dictator Muhoozi warned terrorists detonating explosives in the central region that they would not defeat descendants of Bachwezi.
“I pity those who think they can defeat Bachwezi,” Muhoozi drunkenly tweeted
“Uganda is a nation of descendants from Bachwezi, those who are throwing small bombs around will learn a tough lesson!” he added.
The Bachwezi are believed to be the founders of the ancient empire of Kitara; which included areas of present-day central, western, and southern Uganda; northern Tanzania, western Kenya, and eastern Congo.
As you can see, Deputy Dictator Muhoozi is attempting to conscript Ugandans into this empire and thereby, like Stalin, touch off millions of deaths.
Already, countless of Africans have been killed because of Dictator Museveni’s obsession with this evil grand design.
In the former Zaire, now the Democratic Republic of Congo, Dictator Museveni engineered the overthrow of Mobutu Sese Seko in 1997 and 6 million people have been killed in the wars subsequent to Mobuto’s fall.
On 6 April 1994, the airplane carrying Rwandan President Juvénal Habyarimana and Cyprien Ntaryamira was shot down as it prepared to land in Kigali by Dictator Museveni and his blood-thirsty cohorts.
In the Aftermathematics of this heinous crime, 1 million Rwandans perished in three months; thanks to Dictator Museveni.
When Dictator Museveni waged war against the legitimate government of Milton Obote in 1981, by 1986 over 500,000 Ugandans were dead!
Deputy Dictator Muhoozi will do the same when we reject his diabolical vision.
To be sure, Russian leader Vladimir Lenin wrote in his will –
“Stalin is too coarse and this defect, although quite tolerable in our midst and in dealing among us Communists, becomes intolerable in a Secretary-General. That is why I suggest that the comrades think about a way of removing Stalin from that post.”
And who in Uganda is coarser than Deputy Dictator Muhoozi?
Ugandans, get ready for trouble.
