Sen. Obama is definitely no Clarence Thomas. It is quite interesting to see Mr. Johnson come out to speak against another Black man when he has made his money off the backs of Black women by promoting gutter music.

[Letters To The Editor]

Mr.  Allimadi the editorial in the Black Star News a few days ago titled “Bob Johnson: New Clinton Acolyte’s Slur”

http://blackstarnews.com/?c=123&a=4108  was very much needed, on target and very powerful. It was shocking that a man that says very little publicly under any circumstances suddenly came out and spoke against a brother that has thus far gone further in the presidential election process than any other Black person in this country.

While I applaud both Rev. Jessie Jackson and Rev. Al Sharpton for their panache in presidential runs, Senator Barack Obama has without a doubt gone much further than I expected already in his run towards the presidency; and he has not kissed any butt doing it.

Sen. Obama is definitely no Clarence Thomas. It is quite interesting to see Mr. Johnson come out to speak against another Black man when he has made his money off the backs of Black women by promoting gutter music.

Finally, one must draw the conclusion that it is okay to be super rich in this country as long as you give up your Black pride and self respect and become an amoral person. The message being sent out is that a Black person cannot prosper while also maintaining their cultural Black pride: they are attacked by the status quo and destroyed.
