Nova was recently unjustly expelled the day before her birthday by white Greylock Federal Credit Union executive John S. Masten’s white wife Jen Masten, principal of the “School Of Hate,” St. Mary’s School in Lee, Massachusetts.
The Black Star News has learned- after our report that St. Mary’s School in Lee, Massachusetts had fabricated a quote on their school website’s front page praising St. Mary’s kids as better than the “other students who visit the library” and attributing it to the Lee town public services librarian Rosemarie Borsody- have since scrubbed that quote completely from their website.

That story was initially sparked by another Black Star News report that Greylock Federal Credit Union executive John S. Masten’s wife- Jen Masten, principal of SMS- also fabricated allegations to the Bay State’s Department of Children and Families (DCF) in early 2017 that The Black Star News’ Youth Journalist Nova Z was “missing teeth that are not growing back in.” DCF debunked every allegation Masten made- including several racist tropes levied at the then innocent 6 y/o Black child that we refuse to even dignify mentioning anymore. The day before Nova’s birthday this summer, Masten – without one incident in her disciplinary file- expelled the child from SMS.

Meanwhile, several chapters of Black Lives Matter up and down the East Coast are organizing “massive unrest” in solidarity with Nova Z spearheaded by Berkshire Black Lives Matter’s president Ray Moore. Moore and his attorneys have contacted the Lee town Police Department and Town Supervisor indicating they plan to swarm into the heart of Rockwell-country at a time of their choosing. “What happened to Nova Z is unacceptable and Black Lives Matter will respond,” Moore told The Black Star News.

The Springfield diocese, who does not currently have a Bishop, refers to McManus and O’Malley for guidance on matters.
