Beauty enthusiast Brittney Lathan founded the company in September 2022 after noticing a lack of nail care products on beauty shelves.
The brand launched with a vegan, cruelty-free Leaping Bunny-certified Nail and Cuticle Oil, which was crafted to deep condition and hydrate the nail and cuticle. With a honeysuckle scent and rosehip, sunflower, and castor oils, the cuticle oil ensures the health of your nails with hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E and even helps with the longevity of acrylic, SNS, and gel manicures.
Lathan worked on NailAvail for two years before launching to ensure the product met her standards. Lathan partnered with a beauty chemist and put her nail and cuticle oil through endless rounds of testing to find the perfect scent, consistency, and of course, efficiency. Lathan also tested each prototype on herself, so you can rest assured this oil is high quality.
Lathan’s interest in beauty, self-care, and nails come from watching her grandmother, Grace, paint her nails during summer mornings. Lathan remembers her grandmother calling this “me time”. Back then Lathan didn’t quite understand the concept of self-care, but now she realizes that is exactly what her grandmother was doing. And now years later, she’s doing the same.
Lathan plans on adding hand creams, nail butters, and other nail care products in the future.
