Executive Chef Liz Rogers, the chef and founder behind America’s only Black-owned nationally distributed ice cream brand, follows up her Award-Winning ice cream by launching the world’s best ice cream sandwiches.

In its first year as a company, Executive Chef Liz Rogers and Creamalicious Ice Cream was featured on The Today Show, Forbes, Southern Living, Food&Wine, Glamour, Mashed and more.

This caused Creamalicious Ice Cream to sell out in grocery chains and retail giants nationwide including Walmart, Target, Kroger, & Ralphs.

Chef Liz defied all odds to conquer the ice cream world and the obstacles she still faces in launching a brand by herself. She also employs a diverse team while making a point to work with minority and female-owned businesses.

Since launching Creamalicious just last year, Chef Liz has made headlines for sharing her Southern family heritage through her ice cream and 4 generation family recipes, baked from scratch and intertwined in a super-premium ice cream base.

Now she takes it to a whole new level with her upcoming Bliss-Wich Ice Cream Sandwiches where Chef Liz reveals delectable new dessert perspectives and provides a culinary experience of Southern decadence that is unique, fun, and utterly delicious. Bliss-Wich ice cream sandwiches are a whimsical 2-in-1 dessert that pairs freshly baked pastries with homemade ice cream.

A supernatural pull toward the culinary arts made it clear to Chef Liz that she would dedicate her life to healing the soul by sharing innovative and time-honored traditional Southern comfort food. Under the watchful eye of her mother and grandmother, Chef Liz honed her passion for cooking as a child with her family.
