Will Trump, Netanyahu, And Congress, Lead Us Into An Armageddon War With Iran?

Will Congressional politicians back Netanyahu’s unprovoked attacks on Iran?

This is the main question American citizens must ponder as bombs, rockets, and drones crisscross the fiery skies between Israel and Iran. The prospect of an all-out catastrophic war in the Middle East is now very real. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is pushing for a full-scale military campaign to destroy Iran. Even worse, some 83 percent of Jewish Israeli citizens reportedly support attacking Iran.

Moreover, with Trump in the White House—along with the influence of AIPAC, and other big money entities—we are likely headed to an Armageddon war between America, Israel and Iran.

Also, besides AIPAC, the arms manufacturing merchants of death are no doubt lobbying for war. When there is no war, these weapons dealers cannot make money off the lives of dead, mostly, non-white humans. America’s military industrial complex has made a financial killing off the deaths and suffering in conflicts and wars. This is especially true in the more recent wars in the Middle East. Read here, here, and here.

We must remember what the great poet Gil Scott-Heron told us “The only thing wrong with Peace is that you can’t make no money from it.”

Where this imminent war with Iran leads is anyone’s guess. There are many things to think about here if this war escalates.

What will be the response from the Arab world? How will Russia and China, both allies of Iran, respond? How will these hawkish activities, by Israel and America, exacerbate so-called terrorist groups in the region?

For decades, American politicians have railed about the supposed threats posed by Iran. But it is quite clear Netanyahu’s Israel is the real terrorist destabilizing monster in the Middle East region.

The Palestinian question is one important factor to consider in Israel’s provocative attack on Iran.

Over the last two years, Netanyahu has been overseeing genocide, in Gaza, within full view of the world. And the “international community” has done nothing to stop it. Because of Netanyahu’s actions, Western governments are being exposed as inhumane frauds who will not act as the mass murder of Palestinian civilians continues. The lives of Palestinians evidently mean nothing to the white supremacists who rule Europe and America.

We repeatedly hear from these political leaders that “Israel has the right to defend itself.” What about the Palestinians? Don’t they have the same right? Are they expected to just sit silent as they are annihilated?

While there are other geopolitical dynamics at play, it must be remembered that Iran is a supporter of the key opponents to the right-wing government of Israel. Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis are all allies of Iran, and are supported and strengthened by this connection. Therefore, a devastating blow to Iran would weaken, at least for the short term, all of these groups resisting the oppression of the Israeli state.

Iran, along with these groups, represents the resistance to the terrorism of Netanyahu’s Israel. With a defeated Iran, Israel and America would have little obstruction to their evil machinations in the Middle East.

A devastated Iran would mean Netanyahu could more easily administer his final solution program in Gaza, and in the surrounding region.

Netanyahu has long wanted to destroy Iran. This is why he denounced the 2015 Iran Nuclear Deal.

Because if the deal, negotiated during the Obama Administration, was maintained, (Trump ended it) it would make Netanyahu’s warmongering posture, against Iran, extremely difficult. Think about it, how could Netanyahu argue about a nuclear threat, from Iran, with international weapons inspectors regularly monitoring Iran’s nuclear facilities?

Also, we must remember that General Wesley Clark, back in 2003, stated that America’s government was planning to attack seven Muslim countries in five years—including Iran.

The attack on Iran never happened, until now.

Trump is clearly showing us he will back Netanyahu’s bellicose play against Iran. Earlier this week, Trump called for Iran’s unconditional surrender,” and stated that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was “an easy target” to assassinate. Just a week before, Trump was allegedly trying to find a peaceful solution between Iran and Israel.

The focus now is: what will politicians in Congress do?

Many Americas will likely be praying that Democrats and Republicans will dissent against the descent into a wider war with Iran.

Sadly, both Republicans, and Democrats, will sign on to this war. Reportedly, AIPAC is flexing its muscle—by reminding these politicians of the blood money donations that many of them have received from AIPAC.

Most, for fear of being primaried, with AIPAC money, will fall in line with the warmongering cries coming from Netanyahu. In fact, an article by the American Prospect, and Drop Site News, details the pressure AIPAC is now applying on Democrats to support this inflammatory war against Iran.

Unfortunately, it seems we’re headed for yet another bloody, deadly, war in the Middle East.
