Deputy Dictator aka Baby Doc aka Top Boozehound, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has amped up his loony tunes social media posts recently.

“If this current US Ambassador does not apologize to Mzee personally by Monday morning (9.00am) for his undiplomatic behaviour in our country we will demand he leaves Uganda. We have no problem with the USA, as I have said many times it is a country we love and admire. But lately we have a lot of evidence that they have been working against the NRM government,” Baby Doc posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Then, he added: “Fellow Ugandans, it is my solemn duty to announce to you all that we as a nation are about to have a serious confrontation with the current US Ambassador to our country. For disrespecting our beloved and celebrated President and for undermining the constitution of Uganda.”

The US Ambassador in question is William W. Popp, a career member of the Senior Foreign Service, rank of Career Minister, who was confirmed by the Senate as Ambassador to Uganda on July 27, 2023.

Deputy Dictator Museveni is unhappy that the US and other imperialist countries are slowly washing their hands of their puppet, Papa Doc Museveni. The ground is shrinking beneath the dictator and his son’s booze-athons have now highlighted this implicitly, if not explicitly.

To be sure, Baby Doc is starting to sound a hell of a lot like Chemical Ali. The Chemical man’s real name was Ali Hassan Majid al-Tikriti, he worked under Saddam Hussein as defense ministerinterior minister, and chief of the Iraqi Intelligence Service.

Much as Baby Doc has become notorious for terrorizing and murdering Uganda’s opposition figures, Chemical Ali became notorious in the 1980s and 1990s for his alleged role in the Iraqi government’s campaigns against internal opposition forces, namely the ethnic Kurdish rebels of the north, and the Shia rebels of the south.

He is the clown that said, “Iraq is not intimidated by the presence of the forces of America and Britain in the Arabian Gulf.”

And, “The infidels are committing suicide by the hundreds on the gates of Baghdad.”

Finally, this: “The Americans are going to surrender or be burned in their tanks.”

These were from his greatest hits collection of inanities which seem to now preface Baby Doc’s hysterics.

The only difference I see here is that Chemical Ali was sober and Baby Doc is always drunk. Drinking, according to science, affects Gamma-aminobutyric acid in the body by depressing the central nervous system by increasing the levels of this chemical.

This causes a chemical imbalance. So Baby Doc is actually Chemical Imbalance Ali, in the sense that he is the drunken version of the foolhardy Iraqi Minister.

Chemical Imbalance Ali should weigh his opponents well. America is not the tens of thousands of defenseless and innocent Bobi Wine supporters he has disappeared or tortured. Nor is America the unarmed Kakwenza Rukirabashaija.

So bullying and torturing them with his intimidatory words and actions will not work. Instead, it is likely to lead the USA to retaliate.

Chemical Imbalance Ali Muhoozi needs to put down the bottles of whiskey and read history. His father has some books he can borrow, if he can tear himself away from those exclusive bars in Kisementi that often open for only him and Diddy-party like hangers-on.

He is too much of a coward to die when going up against America, so he might join Charles Taylor at HM Prison Frankland in County Durham, England. Taylor has been locked up since May 30, 2012.

Baby Doc may also do 50 years in prison, like Taylor. But he is likely to do even more time since his family’s crimes would make Taylor seem like Albert John Luthuli, the South African anti-apartheid activist, traditional leader, Nobel Prize Laureate and the former President-General of the African National Congress.

We are surely in the twilight years of Dictator Museveni.
