The Chicago Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression (CAARPR) has called together over 120 organizations from across the country who will assemble at the Chicago Teachers Union Hall to re-found the National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression…In the wake of renewed FBI surveillance of Black activists; the depraved caging of immigrant families and children seeking sanctuary at the border; and an epidemic of police murder of Black and Brown men and women, CAARPR has issued this call to Refound the National Alliance in order to demand a national movement for community control of the police.
