The East Orange Summer Work Experience Program ran for 20 hours per week since July 13 and offered six modules for its 300 plus students: OSHA 30 for construction and labor; Media/Podcast; Music Development; Personal Care for Hair, Makeup, etc.; Web/Graphic Design; and Wellness/Physical Fitness.

Seton Hall: The protest is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19 and will begin with a march at 12:30 pm at Sussex Avenue Mall (Sussex Avenue and South Grove Street) followed by a rally in front of City Hall Plaza, East Orange, NJ.

[Police Murder of Maurice Gordon]
Maurice Gordon, 28, of Poughkeepsie, who is Black, was unarmed when he was shot by a white trooper multiple times. The attorney said the state trooper handcuffed Gordon after shooting him.
