2002 African Union Guidelines for Election Observation and Monitoring Missions

The Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC), H.E. Moussa Faki Mahamat, has approved the deployment of forty (40) short-term observers and 4 electoral experts from 9 October 2019 until the conclusion of the election process in Mozambique, following an invitation from the Government of Mozambique.
