Mark Kenneth Smaltz as Judd
At Lumon, Mark Kenneth Smaltz acts as a security guard, and Judd, ushers in personnel, including Mark Scout. Smaltz also appeared in Jessica Jones and Manifest.
Donald Webber Jr. as Patton
Donald Webber Jr. interprets Patton, one of Ricken’s acquaintances, who happens to be present at Mark’s breakdown. In addition, Webber Jr. starred in The Punisher and Mother’s Milk.

Adrian Martinez as Mr. Saliba
Adrian Martinez acts as Mr. Saliba, the interviewer who does not offer the position to Dylan because he has severance. Martinez’s credits also include Focus and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Michael Siberry as Jame Eagan

Patricia Arquette as Harmony Cobel
Patricia Arquette returns as Harmony Cobel, the floor manager who was unceremoniously sacked by Helena after Season 1. It does not seem like she stopped working with Mark though, since now, after her firing, she appears to be trying to figure out exactly what happened at Lumon. There are reasons Arquette shines in Severance, and some of those reasons are found in her characters in Medium or Boyhood.
Michael Chernus as Ricken Hale
Michael Chernus continues as Ricken Hale, Mark’s brother-in-law and self-help author. This means Ricken has to assume the responsibility of helping Mark solve the mystery of decoded messages coming from Lumon.
Jen Tullock as Devon Scout-Hale
Jen Tullock plays Devon, Mark’s big sister who aids him in overcoming his other self’s existence. In addition, Tullock’s previous appearance in Perry Mason and The Coop showcases her range.
Sydney Cole Alexander as Natalie
Sydney Cole Alexander makes her first appearance as Natalie, a member of the board’s liaison for Lumon. Similarly, Alexander was also featured in A Neighbor’s Vendetta and Limitless.
Stefano Carannante as Dario R.
