Singer and Actor Selena Gomez cried as US President Trump decided to deport the illegal immigrants from the USA. She wept in her Instagram story and deleted the video later. The video of Selena Gomez was shared on various social media platforms. However, the video received criticism from people.  One person tweeted that there is a legal way to come to us and asked why are the illegal immigrants not trying the legal way. Furthermore, other people on social media supported her for expressing her emotions. Later on, Selena shared a story on Instagram saying it is not ok to show empathy to people. And then she deleted that story too. In the year 2019, Selena Gomez produced a Netflix documentary titled Living Undocumented. Furthermore, the documentary focused on the lives of eight illegal immigrant families in the US  during the administration of Donald Trump.

US President Donald Trump decided to deport illegal immigrants from Mexico living in the USA. Additionally, it is going to be the biggest deportation in the history of the USA. The president of Mexico Claudia Sheinbaum said that Mexico received around 4000 deported immigrants during the first week of Donald Trump in Office. She also added that there is not a substance increase in the number of deported people.  From January to November 2024, authorities deported more than 190,000 people to Mexico. Additionally, the available data indicates that authorities are deporting 17,200 persons to Mexico per month. Since Donald Trump took office as the US president a week ago, authorities have deported thousands of immigrants to Central and South America.
