[Op-Ed: Announcement By FUF]
London Launch of Uganda’s Freedom and Unity Platform (FUF): An inclusive political organization working for a new democratic, united, tolerant and progressive Uganda.
Dear Ugandans, Friends of Uganda, and Global Media Fraternity, You are cordially invited to attend the historic launch of FUF – the Freedom and Unity Platform, which is fronting the global campaign to transform Uganda into a nation of peace and sustainable development based on the ethical values of democracy, respect for human rights, and the rule of law. The organization is committed to play a constructive role in international affairs, to work to end the culture of impunity and to promote accountability.
The launch event, which will include the unveiling of the FUF Manifesto and the official communication about the leadership of the organization, will take place: On Saturday 14, December 2013.
From 12.00pm to 16.00pm. At the London School of Economics (LSE). Alumni Theatre Hall.

Due to the limited space at the venue, attendance is by invitation only, and all those invited are advised to confirm their attendance with the FUF press department.
Among the Keynote Speakers will be the following: Prof. Amii Omara-Otunnu (FUF Chairman), General David Sejusa (FUF founder member, and former Head of Uganda’s Security Services) and others.
