Gen. Museveni.

With respect to the article by Claude Gatebuke  “TARRANT COMMUNITY COLLEGE: WHY AUTHOR JUDI REVER’S SCHEDULED PRESENTATION MUST GO AHEAD,” the so-called Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF) is the name that the invading Ugandan army gave itself when it crossed the Ugandan border into Rwanda on October 1, 1990.

It was an an attack by Uganda in order to bring about regime change. When the head of the invading Ugandan army Fred Rwigyema was killed Yoweri Museveni called the Fort Leavenworth military base and ordered Paul Kagame who was at the time head of Ugandan Military Intelligence to come home and take over leadership of the invasion.

Despite the horrors that resulted from all of this, big investors in the capitalist world have been overjoyed with their returns on investment in coltan, gold and other precious minerals. The World Court at the Hague found that Uganda was guilty of plundering its neighbors and ordered the perpetrators to pay billions in Reparations. Of course no one can enforce this decision and it has been forgotten.
