Robi Nickoli was born in Dallas, Texas, home of the Mavericks, Cowboys and Stars.
“Dallas is always known for Southern hospitality and wonderful people—the Southern hospitality is something that is something that is near and dear to me because I want to treat people with respect and to be respected,” Robi tells The Black Star News.

Robi now lives in Arizona. “The most important lessons I learned from my parents is to stay strong, have faith, and fight for your beliefs,” she adds. “My family is the source of my foundation and along with the values learned makes me what I am today.”

Robi went to school in Richardson, Texas. “I had many avenues to take before I understood my calling,” she says. “I have worked with special needs children and adults. It has raised my awareness about the troubles that afflict those who are not as fortunate as most of us, which inspires me to be the best I can.”

Where She’s At: “I eventually would like to have a Talk Show which features a variety of artists, while at the same time helping the unfortunate,” Robi continues. “I want to create a balance with philanthropy and community involvement.”

Robi’s first major project was with D’Image magazine. “It proved to me that this dream can become a reality,” she says. “The combination of brainpower and beauty can be an indomitable force,” Robi continues. “This is because beauty brings in the focus and the brainpower keeps the focus there.”

So how does this Southern beauty prepare to step out? “I prefer vintage clothing and funky shoes. I wear what looks right for my body type—my favorite scents right now are Still and Live by JLO and Samsara by Guerlain is another great scent.”
