Quordle Hints and Answers

Today is a brand new day with a brand new Quordle Game 991. October 11 brings a Quordle that will require some deep thinking. The usual strategies work, but they do not. This Quordle is designed to check how you interpret the colour signals and how adept you are at spotting patterns. Now, if you are a Quordle regular, it may be easier to spot the pattern than for occasional players. The words are common, but the game puts you off track if one or two of your starting words yield only yellow or greys in all the boxes. This scenario may present today as the standard starting words may not give you many clues to help you make your next guess. Dig in for the long haul today, and think deep. We are here to make your Quordle easier to navigate today. This article has all the hints and answers to today’s Quordle. We suggest taking a peek.

How to Play Quordle?

To play Quordle, you first have to guess a word. It should be a five-letter word. Type it in, and you will see that it appears in four different quadrants of the puzzle. You have to guess four words in this game with the exact guess. As you enter a word, Quordle will colour each letter green, yellow or grey. Green means your letter is in the right place and yellow means you have to guess a word next that indicates that this letter is in a different position. Grey letters mean they are not in that word.

Hints for Quordle Game # 991

Hint No.1: Meanings and Usage

The first word on the top left is a verb. It is used during ‘the washing process.’ For example, it is part of washing clothes, dishes, vegetables, fruits, etc.

The second word on the top right refers to a popular genre of animation originating in the Far East. Relatively easy now, isn’t it?

The third word on the bottom left refers to a kind of person who wants to ‘elbow’ their way ahead.

The fourth word on the bottom right refers to an animal, horse-like and striped. Too easy now this is.

Hint No.2: Vowels and Consonant Usage

Today, Quordle words mostly have E and A.

O is not in any word, and I is present in two words.

One word contains three vowels. It begins with a vowel and ends with a vowel too.

U is present in one word.

There is a less frequently used consonant in one word.

There are no repeated alphabets in any words.

Hint No.3: Beginning and Ending Letters of Quordle Game 991

The first word on the top right starts with R and ends with E.

The second word on the top right starts with A and ends with E.

The third word on the bottom left starts with P and ends with Y.

The fourth word on the bottom right starts with Z and ends with A.

Phew! That wasn’t difficult, was it? Let’s finally check the answers.

Answers for Quordle Game # 991

The first word is RINSE.

The second word is ANIME.

The third word is PUSHY.

The fourth word is ZEBRA.

Today’s Quordle was all kinds of perfect. It neither allowed you to get away with your usual guesses nor did it make it very predictable. On the other hand, it was not too tricky with common words. ANIME was a word that may have taken some guesses with three vowels—something out of the box. ZEBRA, too, could have wasted a couple of tries. Later, Quordlers!
