The Fraternal Order of Police recently said they were “deeply discouraged” by the pardons issued by Donald Trump to his insurrectionist terrorists who overran the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. 2021. In a sleight of hand, these phonies pretended they were being bi-partisan in their criticism by also denouncing President Biden—supposedly for his sentence commutation of the 80-year-old, and ailing, Leonard Peltier.

The Fraternal Order of Police is full of excrement with their hypocritical statement. Who do they think they are fooling?

These folks want us to think they are such exemplars of “law and order.” So how could they endorse, and help elect, America’s first convict president? And why did they do this after Trump made excuses for those who assaulted law enforcement on Jan. 6? Is the Fraternal Order of Police telling us they didn’t know Trump incited the white mob on Jan. 6?

Were these frauds unaware of Trump’s long list of making statements promoting criminally assaulting people—including those of a sexual nature—and even possible murder?

Let’s remind these fools of some of Trump’s statements.

On Nov. 15, 2015, in response to a Fox News question about a heckler he faced they day before, Trump said, “Maybe he should have been roughed up, because it was absolutely disgusting what he was doing.”

On Jan. 23, 2016, at a campaign event in Iowa, Trump said, “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters, OK?”

On Feb. 22, 2016, at a Las Vegas rally, Trump said about a protester, “I’d like to punch him in the face.”

On Mar. 16, 2016, when asked what would happen if he was not nominated at the upcoming Republican Convention, Trump said, “I think you’d have riots.”

On Oct. 18, 2018, when talking about the assault of a reporter by then- Representative Greg Gianforte Trump said, “Any guy that can do a body slam, he is my guy!”

On May 29, 2020, in response to the protests following the police murder of George Floyd, Trump said, “When the looting starts, the shooting starts.”

In June, of 2020, as the George Floyd protests continued, according to then-Defense Secretary Mark Esper, Trump said, of the protesters, “Can’t you just shoot them? Just shoot them in the leg or something.”

On Jan. 6, 2021, according to Cassidy Hutchinson (who served under then Chief of Staff Mark Meadows) when Trump was told about armed MAGA supporters at the Capitol, he said, “I don’t fucking care that they have weapons. They are not here to hurt me.”

On Sept. 22, 2023, on Truth Social, Trump railed against General Mark Milley saying, “This is an act so egregious that, in times gone by the punishment would be DEATH.”

On Mar. 16, 2024, during a speech in Ohio, Trump said, “If I don’t get elected…it’s going to be a bloodbath for the country.”

Of course, we must also remember Trump’s crass comments regarding sexual assault—and the 27 women who accused Trump of sexual misconduct.

Many Americans remember the controversy surrounding the Access Hollywood tape, where Trump said, “Grab ‘em by the pussy.” Ironically, a majority of white women still voted for Trump in three elections. And last December, the court decision against Trump, in the E. Jean Carroll case, was upheld by a federal appeals court.

The Fraternal Order of Police should crawl back into their infested rat-hole and shut up. These people flushed whatever credibility they had left down the sewer when they voted for a man who was convicted on 34 felony counts—over a career prosecutor.

The Fraternal Order of Police has zero integrity. Ask yourself this: why have these reprobates never denounced the murderous criminal killer-cops who stain their badges with the blood of Black people? But now because Trump blanket pardons his MAGA terrorists, including the ones who assaulted cops they cry foul.

The truth is they endorsed Trump because they want to kill the marginal reforms that have emerged to hold racist cops accountable—especially, after the vicious broad daylight murder of George Floyd. They want a return to the make-America-white-again days where brutalizing and killing Black Americans was a regular ritual and rites of passage for white men.

Remember when Trump told police, during a Long Island speech in 2017, “Please don’t be too nice,” when arresting people? That was music to the ears of these brutes and executioners of Black people. These amoral asses are fine with the assaults of non-white people, particular Black people, but they are now upset that criminals have been pardoned for assaulting their brothers in blue.

There is another thing to be honest about here: America’s police departments are filled with supporters of white supremacy. In one respect, this is why the threat posed by the white MAGA terrorists was not taken seriously. Those insurrectionists look like the people from the Snow-White neighborhoods that police live in and not like the Black Lives Matter protesters they constantly demonize.

In the end, the Fraternal Order of Police is also responsible for the pardons Trump issued to those who assaulted law enforcement on Jan. 6. The shameless endorsement of Trump by these “officers of the law” made Trump’s pardons possible.
