The following is a video commentary by Black Star News publisher, Milton Allimadi, regarding African dictators Paul Biya, of Cameroon, and Yoweri Museveni, of Uganda.

Two long-ruling corrupt African dictators, Cameroon’s Paul Biya and Uganda’s Gen. Yoweri Museveni have announced plans to run in upcoming presidential elections in their respective countries.

Dictator Biya, who has ruled Cameroon since 1982 says he will stand in the country’s scheduled Oct. 12, 2025 presidential vote. Meanwhile military dictator Gen. Museveni who seized power in 1986 says he’ll be a candidate in Uganda’s Jan. 12, 2026 presidential vote. In this video commentary columnist and Black Star News publisher calls on Pan-Africans to coordinate protests against the two African kleptocrats.

“We are trying to create a United States of Africa, hopefully in the near future,” Allimadi said. “We want a borderless Africa. We want an Africa with a modern economy. We want Africa to industrialize. We want Africa to be able to use its resources to build wealth and prosperity in Africa. Sifters and brothers, I guarantee you we will never be able to accomplish these goals when we have one individual and his family in power for four decades. Not possible, especially when its not a modernizing individual.”

“Museveni and Paul Biya, we are not talking about Lee Kuan Yew, right? These are basically kleptocrats,” Allimadi added. “Useless dictators who are not modernizing. Who are not industrializing, just stealing from the national treasury and from the respective countries’ resources.”
