In the year 1996, Mukul made his television debut with the series Mumkin. He soon made an appearance in Ek Se Badhkar Ek, a remarkable hit comedy show. Along with Sushmita Sen, he played ACP Rohit Malhotra in Dastak, which gave him access to Bollywood. His talent should be trusted, and his performance received immediate praise.
