Regarding the article “Urban League’s Main Street Marshall Plan incorporated into CBC’s Bill.”
Mr. Morial’s advocacy of an urban Marshall Plan and the Congrssonal Black Caucus support of it are pipe dreams. Who in their right mind can imagine such a thing under anti-Black President Trump?
The original Marhall Plan ws designed to mitigate poverty in Europe so as to lessen the attractiiveness of communism, especially in Western Europe. If American Blacks were suddenly seriously contemplating Marxism as the road ahead then the money could be found very quickly.
However most of us are under religious control and other fantasies.
