Cast of Moana 2
In addition to the legend Dwayne Johnson reprising his role as Maui, the most adored Auli’i Cravalho will return as Moana’s evergreen voice actor. Johnson has stated that he is thrilled to play the role again, although it is unclear if he will be in the live-action Moana. There are also other actors who have given their voice-overs but their names remain uncertain.
Plot of Moana 2
Moana’s fresh voyage in Oceania is the premise of the plot of Moana 2. Inspired by her navigational ancestors, Moana sets off on a quest with Maui and a fresh bunch of explorers. According to Disney’s official description, Moana will go on a journey into uncharted territory and encounter difficulties unlike anything she has ever encountered. It also has more views about an entirely new world, unlike the one which was shown in the first film. A most adorable addition to the new film is Moana’s little baby sister, who is filmed in certain sections. With a lot of gusto, she seems to be taking on the new Moana’s role soon.

The trailer for the new film, Moana 2 begins with a grown-up Moana speeding through the green grasses, only to be followed by a roaring animal, which turns out to be a pet piglet. The star of the show is her little baby sister, who calls out to Moana lovingly as her “big sister”. Moana takes her little sister to a remote location and discloses the fact that before Maui decided to take Te Fiti’s heart, her ancestors attempted to connect their island to all the communities of the ocean. She takes it upon herself as a “Wayfinder” to complete the task. However, at a village gathering when Moana takes on a mystical drink, there is lightning and thunder through the room, which throws everyone away. She believes that her ancestors have called upon her to set foot on a hidden island, which would bring all the people together again. She calls upon her partner in crime, Maui to help with this task. Maui makes a star-studded entry to the second film. However, there is a purple ray of light with a voice that cautions Maui that on this voyage, he and Moana will both be destroyed. With several action-filled scenes, and a view of an island of deathly coconuts, this 2-minute 11 seconds trailer contains a lot of excitement and adventure awaiting its fans.
