After her comeback, she was seen on Hee Haw again. Lulu added Gospel music to her comedic performances. As a result, she released over 12 Gospel albums. In addition to this, Lulu was even awarded the Dove Award in 1985. Based on her talent, she was then introduced into the Country Gospel Music Hall of Fame.
