The collaborative effort, which includes the Public Housing Community Fund, The Freeman Foundation for the Arts, Project Positive 40 Day, and the Southern Queens Park Association, aims to ensure local families can enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal.
The distribution event will take place on Monday, November 25th at 4:00 PM, at 109-04 160th Street in Jamaica. The organizers have emphasized that turkeys will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with a strict limit of one turkey per household while supplies last.
