‘Is Your God Too Small?’ Lecture And ‘Black Media’ Presentation

1. BEPAA MASTER CLASS, Sunday April 13, 2014 at 3PM at John Henrik Clarke House, Dr. Joseph Mack Speaks on The African Development of Astronomy.

Is Your God Too Small? Dr. Mack is a physicist, attorney, Biblical Scholar and he is also the man who published Amos Wilson’s first book, The Developmental Psychology of The Black Child.  Journalists Bernard White and Milton Allimadi will serve as brief respondents at this program then return later in the week with a program of their own.  John Henrik Clarke House is located at 286 Convent Avenue, Harlem NY. Admission is free.

2. On Friday April 18, 2014 at 6:30 PM Black Journalists Bernard White, Nayaba Arinde and Milton Allimadi speak out in a forum entitled: “Black Media Up Against The Wall, Can We Unite” The program is held at John Henrik Clarke House and is sponsored by “Alliance for Progressive Media.” Admission is Free Call 347-907-0629 for further information.

3. Jeff King and Craig Harris, headline the program at For My Sweet on Monday April 14, 2014. Admission is $10 at the door.  SETS AT 7 PM AND 9 PM.  For My Sweet is located at 1103 Fulton Street between Classon and Claver.

4. Saturday, April 12th drummer Winard Harper is at Sistas’ Place as part of the Central Brooklyn Jazz Festival.  Sets are 9 & 10:30 and just $20 if you call to make your reservation in advance (718) 398-1766.  Sistas’ Place, 456 Nostrand Avenue, corner Jefferson, where culture is a weapon.
