House of the Dragon is a fantasy series related to the highly successful series ‘Game of Thrones’. It is a prequel that takes us 200 years back in time, previous to the origin of the original ‘Game of Thrones’ series. The series will continue the Targaryen civil war in the dynasty, where some events known as the Dance of the Dragons prevail. The series is adapted from George R.R. Martin’s book “ Fire and Blood”. The writer of the book decided to depict the story on television. With Ryan Condal, George R.R. Martin started the production of this series.
As mentioned by both producers, the shooting of the series has begun at full pace. There will be eight episodes in season 3, just like in season 2, to maintain uniformity and consistency. Unlikely, the first season aired 10 episodes in the series. To not creating a mess of episodes, the decision to keep the number of episodes constant throughout the other seasons is expected.

- Tommy Flanagan will be seen playing the role of Ser Roderick Dustin.
- Dan Fogler will be seen playing the role of Ser Torrhen Manderly.
- James Morton will play the character of Ormund Hightower.
