Smith’s Restaurants in New York and Washington, D.C. “This honor further fuels the excitement that is mounting as we head into our 10th summer season in the Hamptons.â€? B. Smith’s Sag Harbor Restaurant will celebrate its tenth anniversary in the Hamptons when it opens for the 2007 summer season Mother’s Day weekend. The restaurant, which overlooks the scenic Long Wharf marina, entices celebrities, locals and visitors with a menu featuring fresh seafood and cool cocktails.Â
The restaurant offers guests the choice of dining in the casual, but stylish, light-filled dining room or alfresco on the deck. Many guests also enjoy kicking back on the relaxing deck and watching the sunset while sipping a refreshing cocktail from the specialty drink menu.
The lunch and dinner menus feature a bounty of fresh seafood including Maine lobster served either whole, sandwich style in the Classic Lobster Roll or as a retro 1950’s style Long Wharf Lobster Salad served in the shell. Among the popular appetizers are the Steamed Gulf Shrimp Dumplings with a sweet Thai chili dipping sauce and B. Smith’s signature Curried Crisped Oysters in a coconut wasabi dressing. Both lunch and dinner menus also offer the Long Wharf Raw Bar Selections featuring a choice or platter of oyster shooters, chilled jumbo shrimp, oysters, little necks, cherrystones and Dungeness crab legs served on ice.

At the Sag Harbor restaurant, one of those recipes is Southern Pitt Style BBQ Ribs with B.’s “Sweet Success Sauce, an entrée so popular it has been on the menu since the restaurant opened.
Desserts are made in-house at B. Smith’s Sag Harbor Restaurant, with favorites including Key Lime Pie, a Chocolate Soufflé served with vanilla ice cream and mixed berries, and B. Smith’s signature Bourbon Street Bread Pudding served warm with a bourbon cream sauce.
