Israeli officials are claiming Hamas leader Yahyah Sinwar has been killed in battle, a long-expected yet seismic event.
As the news was breaking, I interviewed my colleague Jeremy Scahill this morning on Breaking Points on the meaning and significance of the development, which remains to be formally confirmed, though all indications suggest the reporting is accurate. You can watch that interview here.
