Star Jones Reynolds was the special honoree at the 2006 98.7 KISS FM’s 2006 “Phenomenal Woman� event held on Monday, October 30 at Bridgewater’s.

The event is held annually to honor the remarkable women we encounter in our everyday lives in New York. Jones Reynolds brought the crowd to their feet when she was recognized for her professional accomplishments and philanthropic activism. 

Multi-platinum singer Brian McKnight and four-time Grammy nominee Tamia performed for the crowd that included a number of New York’s “Phenomenal Woman.�

Other New Yorkers honored at the event include, Betty Park, a Harlem business owner and proprietor of “Pier 2110�; Sheena Wright, president and chief executive of Abyssinian Development Corp. and Lisa Price, founder of “Carol’s Daughter�.  Forty other women at the event, who were nominated by 98.7 KISS FM listeners, were also among the guests.
