On Sunday, October 13th CEMOTAP (Committee to Eliminate Media Offensive to African People) will welcome Dr. Molefi Asante, who will speak about utilizing the principles of the Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey in the 21 Century.

On Sunday, October 13 at 2:00 PM CEMOTAP is hosting a forum on putting the principles of “The Honorable Marcus Garvey into practice in the 21st Century.”

The Keynote Speaker is Dr. Molefi Asante currently serving as a professor in the Department of Africology at Temple University, where he founded the PhD program in African-American Studies.

He will be joined by Brother Raymond Dugue, High Chancellor of U.N.I.A. the organization and government formed by The Honorable Marcus Garvey. Sister Betty Dopson, Co-Founder of CEMOTAP is returning to NY from Ohio where she now resides to welcome our panelists.

Admission is Free but donations will be taken. All Proceeds will go to the Peace Health Center founded by Dr. Shadidi B. Kinsey.
