President Donald Trump who has ridiculed the wearing of masks and mocked social distancing by holding large outdoor campaign rallies has tested positive for Covid19.

Since the outbreak of this deadly disease that’s already claimed the lives of more than 200,000 Americans, Trump has publicly downplayed the severity of the coronavirus pandemic. He’s defied medical experts and his own advisors, and launched constant attacks on Anthony Dr. Fauci, the presidential advisor on infectious diseases.
Trump refused to wear a mask in public for months.
He once also praised the benefits of hydroxychloroquine, an antimalarial drug, and said he’d taken it to prevent contracting the disease even though it’s an unproven remedy.
While some experts had advised a more cautious pace in the reopening of businesses and school, Trump, who cares more about his re-election prospects than the lives of Americans, has been pushing for immediate normalization.
His total disdain for proven protective health protocols has been breathtaking.
Even during this week’s Presidential Debate he ridiculed challenger, former vice president Joe Biden.
“He could be speaking 200 feet away from it, and he shows up with the biggest mask I’ve ever seen,” Trump said, of Biden, during the debate.
He also boasted that while he could draw huge crowds to his campaign rallies, Biden could only muster a handful of people. When Biden said the safety of the public was more important to him, Trump interjected that Biden would hold rallies similar to his if he could draw huge crowds.
The callous reckless president is finally confronted with the consequences of his peerless stupidity.
First Lady Melania Trump has also contracted Covid19, according to the White House.
More than 7.3 million Americans have been infected with Covid19.
