The CARICOM Secretariat, in collaboration with regional partners and with technical support from the International Organization for Migration (IOM), is developing a Regional Migration Policy.
In part one (1) of “Migration4Development,” Sherwin Toyne-Stephenson, Programme Manager, Crime and Security, CARICOM Secretariat, explains the process involved in creating the policy and why full stakeholder involvement is crucial.
