Alexis Williams, founder and CEO of Aloha Glamour, the world’s first “Afrowaiian” high fashion brand, has joined forces with the exclusive Simon Properties to create a unique Black-owned apparel boutique pop-up at one of Simon’s Prime Outlet Malls in Gulfport, Mississippi.

The pop-up shop will run from October to December 2021 and makes history as the first synergy of its kind for the prominent Simon properties.

Simon Property Group, Inc. is a global leader in owning premier shopping, dining, entertainment, and mixed-use destination properties across North America, Europe, and Asia. The American real estate investment trust provides community gathering places for millions of people every day and generates billions in annual sales. It is the largest owner of shopping malls in the United States.

Aloha Glamour is a ready-to-wear Afrowaiian (the fashion portmanteau we never asked for but needed) brand. A juxtaposition of cultures, accentuated by the seamless fusing of West African notes coupled with the island prints of Hawaii – Aloha merges to create an exuberant cornucopia of fashion pieces that you will want to wear over and over again.

Founded by an Afghan Veteran who suffered the insurmountable loss of her young child, Aloha Glamour was created from the broken, colorless pieces of her life. It expanded beyond being therapy and fittingly grew into the brand that went viral for its Afro print-inspired face masks.
