Clark – the 2022-23 National Player of the Year – leads the nation in scoring (31.3 points per game) while averaging 7.6 assists (third-most in the nation) and 7.1 rebounds per game. Clark has 3,218 career points and could break the all-time Division I women’s scoring record (Washington’s Kelsey Plum, 3,527) this season. She also looks to become the first back-to-back National Player of the Year since UConn’s Breanna Stewart (2015-16).
Purdue (9-5) have won three consecutive games, including last Tuesday’s 77-76 victory over Rutgers. Guard Abbey Ellis leads the Boilermakers averaging 14.6 points per game this season.
Calling tomorrow night’s game from Mackay Arena in West Lafayette, Ind., are Zora Stephenson (play-by-play) and Kim Adams (analyst).
Tonight’s coverage begins on Peacock with the B1G College Countdown pregame show at 7:30 p.m. ET, featuring host Carolyn Manno alongside analysts Aliyah Boston and Meghan McKeown. Boston, a forward-center on the Indiana Fever and the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 WNBA Draft out of South Carolina, is in her first season as an analyst and made her broadcasting debut on Nov. 18 in the Citi Shamrock Classic women’s college basketball game between Notre Dame and Illinois.
