Due to Eboni’s ongoing medical treatment, she is unable to participate in media interviews at this time.
Attorney Crump issued the following statement:
“Due to the impulsive behaviors of the deputies responsible for Eboni Pouncy’s traumatic experience, she had to undergo a surgical procedure to remove one of the five bullets that forever changed her life. Each painful step of the emotional and physical recovery process is a result of the trauma that the deputies have caused her. It is my deepest hope that proper justice will be served, and the deputies will be held accountable for the excruciating experience that Eboni continues to endure.”
