Former United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan passed away last weekend but the destruction he played a role in still survives in Rwanda and Congo.
Annan Under-Secretary General in charge of peacekeeping was not effective in halting the fullscale war between the legitimate government of Rwanda under President Juvenal Habyarimana and the army which invaded from Uganda, the Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF) commanded by Paul Kagame.
In truth he was satisfying the desired of the United States during the Bill Clinton administration which heavily supported Kagame who had been studying advanced military studies at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas when Uganda invaded Rwanda. The United States was confident that given enough time, the Kagame forces would eventually be successful in overthrowing Habyarimana. By the UN not intervening, they were right.
Because Annan was so faithful to Western interests he replaced Boutros Boutros-Ghali as U.N. Secretary General. Boutros-Ghali would not submit to using the UN to fulfill Western agenda around the world.
A few years after the disaster in Rwanda, Annan followed former president Clinton’s example and offered a public apology for their roles
in failing to halt the massacres. In reality, both knew that the only way to have stopped it was to have halted the Ugandan invasion.
Annan didn’t replace Boutros-Ghali just for decoration. He was placed as Secretary General for the specific purpose of implementing Western policies. One of these policies was ignoring of Museveni’s continual war crimes including looting in both Rwanda and then Congo.
So in the end, Annan ended up not being a friend of Africa since the policies advanced international White power.
