On Thursday evening, SpaceX launched its seventh test mission rocket on its latest test flight. This was their first test mission of this year. But the starship rocket was destroyed with a thrilling booster. Moreover, the rocket was lifted up at 5:38 pm EST with SpaceX’s Boca Chica, Texas. Elon Musk wrote on X that their starship experienced a “rapid unscheduled disassembly” and received a thrilling booster catch back at the pad. Along with that, he said that their team members are continuously reviewing all the data to understand the root cause of the damage. Furthermore, he wrote that success comes from failure, and tests like this will help them to improve their starship rocket’s reliability.
Moreover, Kate Tice, SpaceX senior manager and host at 4:49 p.m., CT said on a live stream, that their team had lost all connection with the giant starship. Later the senior manager and the host made an announcement about the starship rocket. They said that the spacecraft mission was not successful. However, the team has not given any official explanation till now. Moreover, the officials said that during the ascent phase, some of the engines dropped out. However, none of the team members have given any official confirmation.

The SpaceX starship rocket was about to wing its way on the Gulf of Mexico, on a near loop around the world, just like previous test flights. SpaceX Communication manager Dan Hout said on a live stream that the starship rocket’s control house in Texas has lost all contact with the massive rocket. They lost all communication just after eight minutes when it got separated from the Super heavy first-stage booster. Moreover, this was the second time SpaceX used mechanical arms to catch the rocket back at the pad. The mechanical arms gripped the descending booster and made its way to the launch pad.

Along with this, on Thursday only Jeff Bezos’s Blue Origin also launched a super giant rocket, the new Glenn. Blue Origin is another billionaire rocket company. Moreover, this rocket completed its journey successfully on its first flight. Jeff Bezos’s Blue Origin placed the experimental satellite miles above the Earth. Their booster missed its target and landed on Atlantic’s floating platforms.
