His 2008 album “Deidem”, which translates to “All of Us”, won “Best Reggae Album” at the Just Plain Folks Music Awards. The title itself encapsulates Weekes’ overarching message of unity and collective responsibility. In 2015, he further demonstrated his commitment to conscious music with “Love Herb & Reggae”.
