The parasitic and shameless Uganda government led by election thief Gen. Yoweri Museveni has revealed a plan to confiscate Robert Kyagulanyi’s
(a.k.a. Bobi Wine) bullet proof monster car if he doesn’t reveal how he acquired the money to buy it and or to list down the names of those who contributed donations towards buying the car. Obviously the regime is signaling to Bobi Wine that it doesn’t want him to own a bullet proof vehicle because this would present a challenge to its potential assassins. In other words, only dictator Museveni is meant to drive in a bullet proof vehicle in Uganda, the regime is saying.
The director of leadership code, Annet Twine says Kyagulanyi must explain the donation, and where it came from because being the president of National Unity Platform (NUP), a political party in Uganda, like any other leader, he is expected to declare his wealth and how it was acquired. It is interesting that the regime should focus on Bobi Wine’s vehicle when, to our knowledge, no one is aware of how Gen. Museveni has acquired his fortune, or how his notoriously corrupt foreign minister Sam Kutesa acquired his.
Bobi Wine, is the presumptive winner of the Jan. 14 election. His victory was stolen by the barrel of guns by dictator Museveni who has been in power illegally since 1986, and has since been holding the country hostage because of insatiable greed for power.
Irene Mulyagonja, the acting Inspector General of Government (IGG) of Uganda has put an ultimatum directing Bobi Wine to justify the bulletproof car donation by March 31, 2021 otherwise it would become government property. While she’s at it she should demand that the $1 million bribe reportedly paid to Gen. Museveni and Kutesa by Chinese businessman Chi Ping Patrick Ho also be surrendered to the government. Ho was convicted by a U.S. federal court and served a three year sentence for the crime.
Reportedly the Ugandan diaspora community pooled resources for the bulletproof car, which was then registered in Kenya under the license plate KCY 550X by Fauz Khalid, a Kenyan Citizen. He then drove it to Uganda with a C32 temporary import permit at Malaba. Once in Kampala, Uganda, it was registered through Real-Time Global Cargo Handlers Uganda Limited, and Uganda Revenue Authority issued it a UBJ 667F license plate after the company presented an International Police (INTERPOL) letter confirming that the vehicle wasn’t stolen and was road worthy.
It will be remembered that during the campaign, after the regime forces routinely fired shots at Bobi Wine’s entourage, diaspora Ugandans pooled resources to help purchase bullet proof vests, and other protective gear. On Nov. 18, regime forces massacred more than 100 Ugandans protesting the arrest of Bobi Wine. The regime itself has acknowledged killing 54.
The regime cannot endure without foreign support and its key backers the EU and the U.S. are considering sanctions against key regime officials.
